This MOTHER'S DAY,

has doubled my penchant for the Mutton curry prepared by Vishal!

I have managed to simplify the recipe and type out here as my archives, and of course for you all too!

There you go:-

Things we need

375 gm Mutton(curry cut)

3 Tsp    Ginger Garlic Paste

2 Large Thin sliced Oniions

5 Tbsp  Groundnut Oil

2-3        Bay leaves

4-5 Tsp  Curry Paste [1Tbsp Poppy Seeds {roasted separately}, 1/4 Cup Groundnut, 1/4 cup dessicated coconut, 1/2 Cup coriander seeds, 2 big black Cardamoms, 4 inch cinammon stick, 6 Black pepper, 4 Cloves, 3 Star Anise, roast all and grind with little water]

Making it

Take a pressure cooker-------Add bay leaves to heated oil------Onions till browned-----ginger garlic paste and the curry paste------till oil separates---Dont's let it stick to bottom STIR continuosly, add little water here and there--------Red chilli powder-----Salt----------Mutton pieces------with water to cover the pieces--------cook for 10 whistles.

Voila...

Must be named as Vishal's mutton curry! I am sure all the ones who have had it will vouch for this!
